Directions

Our offices are conveniently located in the Tri-Valley area of Contra Costa County. We are adjacent to the #580 & #680 Interstate Interchange and in close proximity to the Dublin Bart Station. The Oakland and San Jose airports are located approximately 30-45 minutes away respectively.

Catapult Consulting Associates LLC is located in Bishop Ranch 6 at 2400 Camino Ramon, Suite 185 San Ramon, CA 94583. Additionally, for more convenient client meetings we have satellite offices located in San Leandro and Walnut Creek.   

Our offices have moved effective February 1st, 2010; please note our new address and phone numbers. Our offices are located approximately halfway between the Crow Canyon and Bollinger Canyon exits on the East side of highway 680. On highway 680, exit at Bollinger Canyon Road. Go East on Bollinger Canyon Road. Take a left on Camino Ramon and proceed till you see Bishop Ranch 6 on your left.

 

Hourly Rates

Our hourly consulting rates are intended to be a cost-effective alternative to the charges of the larger consulting firms and larger CPA firms. Our rate for the lowest level business analysts is $120 per hour, while the most senior consultants bill at $175-$210 per hour. We pride ourselves in the pricing flexibility we provide to each and every client. All of our engagements are covered by agreements executed by the client covering the terms and conditions of our services.

We are pleased to provide references to any prospective client.  We can provide references from clients, strategic partners and business associates of the firm upon request.

Pricing & Compensation Structures

Retainer Consulting: We will represent a client company as an extension of its business development and market development functions. This begins with complete understanding of the client company's situation, objectives, and constraints. We then represent the client company quietly, efficiently and confidentially, sifting through new market developments and new opportunities as is appropriate to the client, representing the client in initial talks with possible allies, vendors, and channels. We will never give the client a 'slow no' for advice.

Project Consulting: Proposed and billed on a per-project and per-milestone basis, project consulting offers a client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop and/or implement plans, and develop specific information.

Interim Staffing Services: The client will be able to hire the Company's consultants as 'interim' or 'part time' CFO's or Controller that will be more economically feasible, easily accessible and more cost-effective than other more permanent alternatives.
