Our offices are conveniently located in the Tri-Valley area of Contra Costa County. The Oakland and San Jose airports are located approximately 30-45 minutes away respectively.

Our offices are located off Bollinger Canyon exit on the East side of highway 680, next to Chevron, and where the US flag is.
Our hourly consulting rates are intended to be a cost-effective alternative to the charges of the larger consulting firms and larger CPA firms. Our rate for the lowest level business analysts is $150 per hour, while the most senior consultants bill at $250-$350 per hour. We pride ourselves in the pricing flexibility we provide to each and every client. All of our engagements are covered by agreements executed by the client covering the terms and conditions of our services.
We are pleased to provide references to any prospective client. We can provide references from clients, strategic partners and business associates of the firm upon request.
Retainer Consulting: We will represent a client company as an extension of its business development and market development functions. This begins with complete understanding of the client company’s situation, objectives, and constraints. We then represent the client company quietly, efficiently and confidentially, sifting through new market developments and new opportunities as is appropriate to the client, representing the client in initial talks with possible allies, vendors, and channels. We will never give the client a ‘slow no’ for advice.
Project Consulting: Proposed and billed on a per-project and per-milestone basis, project consulting offers a client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop and/or implement plans, and develop specific information.
Interim Staffing Services: The client will be able to hire the Company’s consultants as ‘interim’ or ‘part time’ CFOs, COOs or Controller that will be more economically feasible, easily accessible and more cost-effective than other more permanent alternatives.
